Good job, writer

This wonderful new review has just landed in my inbox.
“After reading Ragini Werner’s Revealing Philippa, I enjoyed her second novel even more. Becoming Janice made me feel Janice’s connection to the world she lives and works in, her loneliness, the confusion she felt about people she was attracted to. I hated Hannah — good job, writer. This book also made me remember how young and dumb I once was — thank you, writer. The parts where Janice was trying to understand Dutch words were fun. I’m still thinking about the surprising ending, though. All in all, a very enjoyable read.”

That sounds like a really compelling read – the reviewer’s description of feeling connected to Janice is particularly insightful.
